CHRISTMAS SHIPPING

To receive your order in time for the holidays, place your order by Friday 13th December, 12pm PDT. If you've missed the shipping cut off, there's still time to purchase digital Kooringal gift cards here.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

We will provide you with a return shipping label for the item(s) being returned. Please pack items to be returned in original packaging or utilize a box that can accommodate the size of item(s) being returned. Items damaged due to improper packaging will not be eligible for a refund.

Once the return is received, we will provide a refund for the purchase price of the item(s). Original shipping charges are not eligible for refunds. 

An $8 restocking fee will be subtracted from the refund of returned product. Refunds will be applied to the original payment method. 

When sending your item back for a return, please include:

Reason for Returning Item

Please contact us via the Support button in the bottom right of any page of our website to begin the return process.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will notify you that we have received your returned item for inspection. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card. You will only be refunded for the purchase price of the item, not including tax and shipping.

Please allow up to seven days for the credit to appear on your statement.

Shipping

We will provide you with a return shipping label for the item(s) being returned.

An $8 restocking fee will be subtracted from the refund of returned product. Refunds will be applied to the original payment method. 

Exchanges

To exchange your item for a different print or fit, please treat your order as a return. Once you have returned your item, place a new order for your preferred item.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your item is delivered defective or damaged, you have 15 calendar days to contact us with your name, order number, and a clear picture of the item via the Support button in the bottom right of any page of our website.

If your item is damaged after delivery as a result of a manufacturing defect you have 60 calendar days from the date you received it to contact us with your name, order number, and clear picture of the item via the Support button in the bottom right of any page of our website.

Damaged or defective items are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Third Party Sellers

If you purchased your item from a third-party seller or retail store, please use them as your first point of contact for questions and concerns.

Many of our retailers have their own return or warranty policies, and we do our best not to infringe on their business.

Absolutely beautiful hat and as always wonderful quality. But, had to return it, as it was too wide for me.

I love my hats!

I bought three different sun hats with wide brims. They arrived quickly which was wonderful since we have been in quiet faze of hot sunny weather. The hats are beautifully made and I have received compliments on each of them. I will be back to purchase hats in the future. Thank you!

Bought it again

I am a regenerative Garden Designer and am actively involved with my design installations and the follow up upkeep of these projects
As a result I spend a lot of time outside and in the sun and need protection from the sun and heat.
I first purchased this hat from a store when visiting family in CA in 2015. I wore it throughout the summer not just in the gardens but anytime I would be out in the sun . It is stylish, covers the face and neck and has enough breathability to be comfortable in the Ohio summers when the days hit 89 + degrees.
This year I finally had to lay the old hat to rest. It’s still useable but looking tired and the rim popped through.
I think seven years use of a hat by a hard working gardener speaks loads. I love it !
